Courtage Alfid Ltée. is a representative of its clients who are under management with Alfid Services Immobiliers Ltée.

Its main role is to offer vacant spaces in a building under management for rental to corporate, commercial and private residents. With more than years of experience in this activity, its action extends to organizing visits to different spaces, studying rental offers, studying leases, and monitoring the occupancy plans of the premises.

The reputation of Courtage Alfid Ltée., as well as the quality of its buildings, allows it to have access to an extensive network of broker representatives of tenants. This network accelerates the rental process in order to decrease the level of rental vacations.

The prerequisite for a real estate transaction is the research mandate signed between an investor and Courtage Alfid Ltée. This time-bound mandate integrates the various characteristics of the property sought: location, surface area, parking spaces, destination, and other characteristics including the purchase price.

The network formed by Courtage Alfid Ltée. for over years has provided access to investment products for office, residential and commercial buildings. This network facilitates exchanges thanks to the quality of the relationships maintained between brokers.

When an investment product is detected, and an offer is accepted by the different parties, Courtage Alfid Ltée. takes care of due diligence.
